With your team and our experts, we build a consolidated A3 document with a detailed list of actions.
We propose to use a framework called Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Actions.
We define each action and its impact on the organisation like system, process, people, culture or organisation.
At the end of this exercise, you have a clear and detailed roadmap and financial plan for executing your strategy.

Validate your hypotheses with a prototype
An interesting next step after having done your strategy roadmap is to build a prototype (validating/fine tuning business viability hypotheses) and a proof of concept (validating/fine tuning technical feasibility hypotheses).

What does a project look like?
We start by understanding your situation: we do interview your stakeholders, we scan your existing materials and we rephrase the challenge to be addressed during the project.

Step 2 - Co-creation
We believe that a high-level analysis is required in order to transform your idea/new business model into an actionable project. Actions identified in the scope have to be translated in a first instance into practical specifications (see actions below). We compile all workshops outcomes into an updated OGSM model alike where all actions for achieving a first product/service release (or MVP) are clearly identified, scoped and financially assessed. MVP corresponds usually to a first development/deliverable that can be used by end-users to generate feedback and learnings.
The deliverable is restricted to a limited audience of early adopters.It is generally followed by both soft and full commercial launches within a timeframe of 6-12 months.
Finally, we update the financial business case and we consolidate all our project results into a comprehensive managerial presentation supported by a financial plan.
