Frequently asked questions.
Questions for the digital studio
What type of projects are you working on with the studio?
We work on greenfield projects. As such, we do not take on maintenance projects as we aim for the best possible results using our own tech stack, methodologies and teams.
What is the typical project duration?
A typical project duration is between 3 and 9 months. After the initial version is shipped, we can accompany you to support your product’s evolution.
How does your pricing model works?
Billing is hourly rate based, which depends on the type of profile and seniority. We send an invoice alongside timesheets on a monthly basis.
We also provide estimates for every project, which allows our clients to combine the best of both worlds: budget control and development flexibility. This makes for a model of working where quality, learning and continuous improvement leads to the best possible solutions.
Do we have to take a global A to Z project approach?
Our services (research, prototype, build and iterate) can be bought separately to best fit your needs. This allows, for example, to develop the concept and a working prototype to help obtain approval and funding from sponsors in your company.
This also allows us to provide Innovation-as-a-Service by exploring new ideas and how latest technologies can create new business opportunities for your company. Indeed, our culture that consists of iterative experimentation, embracing speed, failure, learning and rapid adaptation is ideally suited for innovation work.
What are the profiles working on a typical project?
We work using “a few good people” model. Each project team is typically composed of the following people:
Project Manager
Lead Developer
Developers (1-4 depending on the project)
Digital Strategist
UX Designer
Graphic Designer
Developers aside, the other roles are typically involved on multiple projects in parallel.
